French chef Joël Robuchon celebrates easter with a new batch of luxury egg candies

Easter isn't a one day holiday, at least not for French chef Joël Robuchon and his chain of Tokyo patisseries, La Boutique de Joël Robuchon

The celebrated cook's boutique stores are offering specially designed easter eggs from now until April 30. Available in three vivid colors (green, red and yellow), every part of these oval treats can be eaten up, from the base to the flowers at the top. The egg itself is made out of white chocolate. And the sweetness doesn't end on the surface, as a variety of smaller chocolates wait inside the egg. The flavors within depend on which color egg you get — green comes with green tea caramels, red with franboise flavored caramels, and yellow with mango ones.

Each easter egg costs 3024 yen after tax, and are available at La Boutique de Joël Robuchon in Ebisu, Roppongi and Marunouchi. Hop in before they run out of these sweet spring treats!
